Electric Scooter Wholesale: From Assembly to Container Loading

For electric scooter wholesale, sourcing involves more than choosing the right model. Product assembly, accessories, packaging, shipping methods, and container loading are all part of the process before an order reaches the customer.

This Media Center feature brings together six videos from VIGROUS, covering different stages of electric scooter production and shipment preparation. The footage includes vehicle assembly, finished-product storage, Vista-1 accessories, Vista Quater-3 SKD packaging, Lunar-Q CBU packaging, and container loading.

Electric scooters ready for wholesale orders in the storage area

Electric Scooter Assembly

The assembly footage shows electric scooters being assembled at the factory before they move into the finished-product area.

Assembly is an important stage between individual components and completed vehicles. Once assembly and the required checks are completed, the scooters can be prepared for storage, packaging, and shipment.

Finished Scooters Before Shipment

The finished-product area provides a view of completed electric scooters before they are prepared for delivery.

For wholesale orders, finished vehicles need to be organized for the next stage of the process, whether they are being prepared as complete units or packaged according to an SKD shipping arrangement.

Vista-1 Three-Wheel Scooter Accessories

Vista-1 3 wheel electric scooter is shown together with its accompanying accessories.

The accessories shown in the video include:

  • Rearview mirrors
  • Charger
  • User manual
  • Certification documents
  • Screws

These items are prepared with the vehicle as part of the product configuration. For distributors and wholesalers, confirming the included accessories is an important part of product and order planning.

Vista Quater-3 SKD Packaging

The SKD packaging footage features the Vista Quater-3.

For this shipping configuration, several components are removed before packaging, including the front wheel, head cover, seat, and front mudguard. The parts are packed together with the vehicle to reduce the space required during transportation.

After receiving the SKD units, the customer completes the required assembly at the destination. This option can be considered by buyers who have the warehouse space and workforce needed for local assembly.

Lunar-Q CBU Packaging

The CBU packaging footage features the Lunar-Q.

CBU, or Completely Built Unit, means the scooter is shipped as a complete vehicle rather than being partially disassembled for destination assembly.

For distributors and importers, CBU can provide a more straightforward receiving process because the vehicles arrive as complete units and do not require the same level of final assembly as SKD shipments.

Electric Scooters Being Loaded into a Container

The final footage shows electric scooters being loaded into a shipping container.

Container loading is the final step shown in this Media Center feature, connecting factory preparation with international transportation. The way scooters are packaged and arranged depends on the selected shipping method and product configuration.

For electric scooter wholesale orders, buyers can discuss the appropriate shipping method with the VIGROUS team based on their products, destination, warehouse conditions, and local assembly capability.

Electric Scooter Wholesale from Factory to Shipment

These six videos provide a practical look at different stages behind an international electric scooter order, from factory assembly and finished-product handling to accessories, SKD packaging, CBU packaging, and container loading.

The examples also show that different models can be prepared in different ways. Vista Quater-3 is shown in an SKD configuration, while the Lunar-Q is shown being prepared as a CBU shipment. The Vista-1 video focuses on the accessories supplied with the three-wheel scooter.

VIGROUS works with distributors, importers, wholesalers, dealers, and other mobility product businesses in international markets. Customers can contact the team to discuss electric scooter models, accessories, CBU or SKD shipping, and wholesale cooperation.
